PLTR share price touches $150 at any point on or before 2022-02-23

Deadline-based criterion definitively failed: the $150 threshold was never touched in the roughly one-year window (2021-02-23 to 2022-02-23). PLTR's post-listing peak of ~$45 was less than a third of the target. resolved_on set to deadline since the criterion is a 'touches at any point on or before' condition that went unmet through the entire window.

Evidence of what happened

  • PLTR never traded anywhere near $150 during the prediction window. After its Sept 2020 direct listing, PLTR peaked around $45 in late January 2021, then declined steadily; by the 2022-02-23 deadline it was trading in the ~$11-13 range. Its all-time high of ~$207 did not occur until November 2025, nearly four years after the deadline. Criterion (touch $150 on or before 2022-02-23) NOT met.
