Bitcoin trades at or above $6,000 per coin at any point on or before 2018-06-30, per a major exchange or reference index (any intraday or daily close at or above the level counts).
Criterion cleanly satisfied on both the intraday and daily-close variants it allows. First intraday touch of $6,000: 2017-10-20 (Bitstamp $6,074.00, Coinbase $6,063.99). First daily close at or above $6,000: 2017-10-21 (Bitstamp $6,013.46, Coinbase $6,024.86). resolved_on set to 2017-10-20, the first date the criterion's 'any intraday ... at or above the level counts' clause was met; if the quantify stage prefers a close-based anchor the date is 2017-10-21. No ambiguity and no conflicting evidence — two independent major exchanges agree on the crossing date. Threshold was reached roughly eight months ahead of the deadline and the level was exceeded by a wide margin thereafter.
