Russian liquids production averaged ~10.8 mb/d from March 2022 onward and was projected ~10.7 mb/d in 2023, roughly unchanged in 2024 — i.e. output stayed near pre-invasion levels rather than dropping off steeply. EIA STEO Russia analysis.
