I think looking at the 2-5x range for the next peak relative to the previous cycle high makes sense here for the fourth cycle.

Bitcoin's next cycle peak will be roughly 2x to 5x its previous cycle high (~$20,000), implying roughly $40,000-$100,000.

Resolves TRUE if Bitcoin's fourth-cycle peak reaches roughly 2x-5x the ~$20,000 previous cycle high (i.e. a peak in the ~$40,000-$100,000 range) at any point within the default price-target window (through 2023-07-16). A peak above ~$40,000 satisfies the lower bound; graded on whether the peak fell in/near the stated 2-5x band.

Resolves TRUE: the fourth-cycle peak of ~$69,000 is ~3.45x the ~$20,000 prior-cycle high, squarely inside the predicted 2x-5x band (~$40,000-$100,000). Peak occurred 2021-11-10, within the through-2023-07-16 window. Both the lower-bound test (peak >~$40,000) and the in-band grading are satisfied near the middle of the stated range.
