Bitcoin prints a low below $24,800 (a lower low breaking the prior secondary-scare support) by mid-November 2023
Bitcoin never printed a low below $24,800 between the Sep-16 call and the Nov-16 deadline; instead it broke UP (~$26K → ~$35K in Oct → $37K+ by mid-Nov). The support held and no lower low occurred. Unambiguous; no outcome value assigned here.

Evidence of what happened
Bitcoin did NOT break down: after mid-September 2023 (~$26.5–27K) it held ~$26–27K through early October, then surged ~27% in October to a 17-month high near $35K on ETF-approval optimism; it traded above $37K by mid-November. No print anywhere near a lower low below $24,800 in the Sep-16→Nov-16 window.
Bitcoin's late-August/September 2023 lows were ~$25.4–26K; the sub-$25K area (~$24,900) was tested only around Sep 11, 2023 (before the Sep-16 call date). Prices rose thereafter, so the defended support was never broken to a lower low.
November 2023 monthly close was $37,712.75 (up 8.8%), average ~$36,596 — confirming BTC spent mid-November well above $24,800, not below it.
