Rather than making a new bear-cycle low below its 2022-2023 lows (~$0.22-0.25, with the cycle bottom near $0.22 in mid/late 2023), ADA rallied through the ETF-driven crypto uptrend: it entered 2024 above $0.60 and was trading around $0.70 in March 2024 — well ABOVE prior lows, not an accelerated sell-off. No new bear-cycle low was set on or before the deadline.
