ETH/BTC's proof-of-stake-driven high in September 2022 was near a record ~0.078–0.085 but never exceeded 0.1; the yearly average was 0.070 in 2022, 0.063 in 2023, and fell to a five-year low of ~0.027 in 2025. Across the entire 2022-10-25 → 2025-10-25 horizon the ratio never traded up to 0.09.
ETH/BTC declined sharply and made successively lower highs after Sept 2022: it dipped below 0.02 on 2025-04-09 (ETH ~$1,471), then recovered only to ~0.04 by August 2025 — a lower high, still far below both the prior 2022 high and the 0.09 threshold.
