Evidence of what happened
After the 2021-05-19 crash to ~$30,000, Bitcoin remained well below $64,000 through the summer, closing August 2021 at ~$47,167. It did not return above $64,000 until the October–November 2021 rally, long after the ~2021-08-19 (a-few-weeks) horizon.
Bitcoin closed October 2021 at ~$61,319, still just under the prior $64k peak, confirming that a return to $64k did not occur within a few weeks of 2021-05-19.
