The then-current cycle's price high was $68,982.20 on 2021-11-10, NOT in 2023. Bitcoin bottomed at ~$15,480 in Nov 2022 and its 2023 high was only ~$44k (late Dec 2023); no new all-time high occurred until 2024-03-05. The cycle peak fell in Nov 2021, outside even the generous mid-2022–early-2024 band.
BTC's Nov 2021 record was not surpassed until March 5, 2024 (>$69,210), confirming there was no 2023-dated cycle high; 2023 was mid-recovery well below the prior peak.
