Full-year 2020 price range was a low of $0.0184 and a HIGH of $0.1957 (close $0.1813) — the 2020 peak of ~$0.196 was set in late 2020, not August. Since the annual maximum ($0.1957) is below $0.21, ADA could not have reached ~$0.21 by 2020-08-31.
During the July-August 2020 Shelley-upgrade rally, ADA surged ~85% in ten days but only rose from roughly $0.10 (early July, its highest since June 2019) toward the ~$0.13-0.15 range, and closed the year near $0.19. The mid/late-August 2020 level was on the order of $0.10-0.15 — nowhere near $0.21.
